MIRU (“we”, “us”) is an AI beauty shopping assistant available at shopmiru.app. It analyses a scan you provide and suggests beauty products and shades. MIRU is an information and discovery service — it is not a retailer and does not sell, ship or service any product.

All match indicators, shade suggestions, routines and reasons are estimates produced by automated analysis. Camera hardware, lighting, makeup, screen calibration and product batch variation all affect the outcome. We do not warrant that a recommended product or shade will suit you, and you should treat suggestions as a starting point rather than a guarantee.

MIRU does not provide medical, dermatological or cosmetic-professional advice. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Always read the product's own ingredient list and warnings, patch test new products, and consult a qualified professional about any skin concern.

Purchases are made with third-party retailers, not with MIRU. Your order, payment, delivery, warranty, returns and refunds are governed by that retailer's terms and privacy policy. Prices, availability and product information shown in MIRU come from retailer or catalogue data and may be out of date or incorrect; the retailer's own page prevails. We are not responsible for retailer acts or omissions.

You must be at least 16 years old to use MIRU. You may only submit a scan of yourself, or of a person who has consented to it, and you must have the right to submit any image you upload. Accounts are optional; if you create one, you are responsible for activity under it. How we handle your scan and account data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, bulk extraction or automated access to the catalogue or recommendations; no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service; no uploading of unlawful, infringing or harmful content; no reselling or republishing MIRU output as your own product.

The MIRU name, interface, content and underlying models are ours or our licensors'. You keep the rights to the images you submit, and you grant us the licence needed to process them in order to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

MIRU is provided “as is” and “as available”. It is an evolving product: features, the catalogue and these terms may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for loss arising from your reliance on a recommendation, from a purchase made with a third-party retailer, or from a product's effect on your skin. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
